sold Iphone without erasing data

I restored my iphone on itunes and sold it few days ago.

Buyer couldn't access because phone is linked to my apple ID, so i logged into find my iphone, placed a request to erase iphone and while the request was pending until phone get connected to Wifi; I removed the iphone from my account. I changed my apple id password and deleted everything on icloud

my question is can the new buyer get to see my data and photos or it will be deleted permanently. and if yes, what can I do about it.

Good that you removed the phone from your Apple ID, otherwise the buyer couldn't have get past the activation lock. If the phone was restored with iTunes, all data is gone.

If you erased the phone before selling it, your data should not be on the phone. The buyer needed your Apple ID in order to bypass activation lock, which is another matter entirely. You also remotely erased the phone (again) so there is no problem.

This will shed light on the matter:
