Every time I go to zoom in on a PDF or poster online the tabs appear. I don't want to turn off pinch to zoom but this is annoying that I can't zoom in on a PDF. I used this in Mavericks and it works fine.

Does command - (minus sign -) allow you to zoom out? When the tabs appear, is it a page where it shows all the tabs? If so, have you tried Safari/View/Hide Tab View?
If that isn't what you mean by online the tabs appear. Could you describe what you are seeing?
Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
Isolating an issue by using another user account
If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. it allows me to zoom in but it DOES NOT ALLOW TO ZOOM OUT. Just tabs appears. HOW CAN THIS BE LOGICAL?????
