Purchase could not be Completed

hello, I have an issue with this game I am currently playing. Everytime I try to buy coins for the game I get a message “Purchase Could Not be Completed”

and I have not been able to Purchase anything for the past 2 days. I was wondering if it was a restriction from apple or maybe a glitch. Could anyone help me find out the issue?
