I bought a cd and uploaded it to my computer, but it’s not uploading or being matched to the cloud. I signed out and back in if both itunes and my phone and restarted my computer. It won’t give me the option and I can’t drag it onto my phone because I have iCloud music library on. Help please! Thank you!

Thank you! I don't have any of those icons for the cd. There is no status. Any other ideas?
And File > Library > Update iCloud Music Library doesn't help?

I have update genius but I don't even have the update icloud option. But all my previous itunes match music is still available through my phone so it's not like I don't have the service right?
