XS Max water issue

Because of water I can not turn my phone I am getting 4013 Error ,

what can I do ? Is it possible to get new phone from Apple ?

shows the fault 4013 hi, my phone was wet after storms day, it was working after a few hours but then just switched off. I tried to switch on, but nothing come up. Then I found that I shhould to push 2 buttons and wait. After all, I connected phone to MacBook and was doing update. When it finished, phone switched on for a 10 min and switched off back. When I tried to do update again, it was failed because of problem - fault 4013

Water Damage Within Water Limits What can be done to repair a water resistant iPhone X that stopped working due to water damage? The phone was within the water limitations. The phone will not restore. The error message states it can not connect. It is out of warranty. Thank you

My phone I want to update it but it won’t why ? My phone most times when I put it in water the screen starts malfunctioning but it’s said iPhone 7 is water resistant

There's no warranty for water damage.

Make a genius bar appointment with Apple for an evaluation.

They have diagnostic tools and can tell you what options you have.
