Need to cancel the subscription and all the payments,

I have an old broken iPhone 6s, i had a subscription for extra space on iCloud and i used to pay through my bills, now that I’m not using the phone anymore i need to cancel the subscription and all the payments, how can i do that if I don’t have the phone anymore?!

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - "Learn how to view your subscriptions that renew automatically, change your subscription period, and turn off Automatic Renewal." "If you don’t cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew."
