Wrong Sender Name in Apple Mail

Hey guys,

I've encountered a problem where my sender name in Apple Mail is the incorrect name. I've went through all the other threads and changed the names in my contacts, icloud, and also the name field in the Accounts in Mail. But, the name still shows up wrong.

When I start typing the wrong name in the "To" field, it autofills with my email address, and there's a text that says "Found on Servers" (screenshot attached) -- I'm definitely thinking that this is the culprit behind the issue -- but do you know how to get rid of this name on the "server"?
