I have lost the password I used for backup in I tunes... I have a iPhone 7... how can I retrieve or change the password

You can't restore the encrypted on, make a new one that is not encrypted or is and you set a new password.

so if I want to create a new backup, can I do so without encryption. Otherwise how do I restore backup.
