The menu bar and others elements in the UI of macOS are greyed out. How can I solve it?? Thanks!

Do you have "Invert Colors" set in System Preferences > Accessibility > Display? If so, uncheck it.
What happens if you switch between Light and Dark modes in System Preferences > General?

Well that's why. It doesn't support Metal graphics. You need a mid-2012 MBP or newer for Mojave.

I reset the SMC and NVRAM but nothing happens :(
In the dark mode, the menu bar and other elements have transparencies again, but a dark line parallel to the borders appears. And if I switch again to light mode, no presents changes.
