NEW PHONE ICLOUD BACK UP

Hi,

I just recently bought the new iPhone max.

I am trying to back up from iCloud to the new phone from my old phone which is a iPhone 8plus.

Iphone 8 plus has verison 12.3.2 and iPhone Xmax has version 12.3.1

This is why it is not backing up.

how do i fix this??
