Phone Activation Locked

I have a few phones that belong to my company that are activation locked by previous employees. What can we do to recover these phones?

iPhone 6s, iOS 11

You would need to contact Apple: they may be able to unlock them but they would need actual access to the phones, proof that you purchased them new and are the legal owner, and probably some ID.

In future you could consider instituting 'Mobile Device Managmenet' (MDM): this allows companies to maintain control of phones they issue to their staff and put a stop to staff setting up their own IDs, causing the sort of problem you are facing.
