family sharing affect downloading app

i am the family sharing creator. I'm in the US but my account is in the UK. How can I download an app which is available in the US apple store but unavailable in the UK apple store? Changing region will result in that many things family members share cannot be shared to each other any more.

Downloading apps from a different region without changing my account country/region? I'll try to explain this one best I can. I am from India and recently moved to the US for studies. I am on a family sharing plan with my brother so that I can use his apple music. Now, I was trying to download some apps but they are not available for the app Store in India. I can't change my country or region as the family sharing manager is my brother and he still is in India. Is there any way where I can download the apps from the store without changing the region and still get to use my brother's apple music plan? Thanks a lot to everyone who answers!

Family sharing organizer changed region, but my app store still stayed in the same region So my wife is the organizer of the family sharing group, and she changed her region. My region as a result also changed (shows as changed when looking at settings), but my app store still stayed in the original region (language, apps, etc still all in English). Now as a result I can’t make any purchases as the app store says the region is wrong and asks me to change to the new region; however, everything else shows that I have already switched to the new region. How do I change just my app store region?

You can't. If you switch stores, everyone needs to switch their store because all family members must be in the same region.
