Billed without knowing!

I was in paris, france and downloaded a translator app that was FREE. I had it for maybe a month and deleted it. I just was looking at my bank statement now and saw that this specific app has been taking $10 out of my account for four months now. Is there any way I can get this money back? I used the app about a handful of times!!!!
