I have lost my iphone 6

about two months ago, (early may, now is July 2, 2019)

i misplaced my iphone 6. Its battery was replaced weeks before I misplaced my device at our local apple store. It doesn't have find my iphone set up, and it doesn't seem to be syncing up to my icloud account as I cannot seem to access it on icloud/it doesn't show up on my icloud account.

How do I locate and recover it without wiping my photos on the phone?

for some reason when I went on this site, along with my only other device iphone 6 showed up to in the which device is this topic related to part below where I am currently writing. It still doesn't show up on my icloud account.
