My husband fell for an Apple phishing scam and gave his personal information. Now what do we do? I have reset the password. Luckily they didn’t have that changed yet.

If he entered any credit card information, contact the bank/card issuer, and cancel the card. Request a new card. Depending on what other information he entered, contact the applicable agency. Without more details about what he entered, it is hard to suggest more specifics.

He gave his social, address and date of birth..
You might want to talk to Social Security to see what they recommend. I don't think you can do much about the other two.
