My I watch has been stuck on the same song for the screen I click next on the watch and it still shows the same song but plays a different one

I would suggest you reset your watch. Press the crown and side button in untill the Apple logo appears. Also Check your Watch is updated to 5.2.1and your iphone is running ios 12.3.1. Finally if still having issues Unpair your Watch and repair it.
