Hello , I need help

I can’t add new card , because I can’t change my country on phone . There is UK but I am moving to Latvia I don’t haven’t anymore UK credit card ofcours I can’t download and update in store . What I can do ? Maybe u can change for me country ?

Hi, we are fellow users like you and cannot change anything on your phone. Have you tried going to settings>general>region & language and setting to the new region? What about going to settings>general>reset>and reset location and privacy? You can go here too to update your billing information - https://appleid.apple.com/
