Apple ID

My Apple ID is disabled I cannot download or update any apps. How do I fix this?

Please see If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

or if your entire ID is locked If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
