Where is the "blue" add button by each song?

If iTunes for my Mac and your PC are similar in this regard, then the duration of a song should change to dimmed ellipsis “…” when hovering over the track line. Clicking the ellipsis “…” should give options for that track, like Add to Library, etc.

I hate not seeing the icons anymore with the update. It's hard to know what songs you already have when searching until you try to add again. It also makes it easy to add duplicate songs from other albums. I did notice that the button is still there even though it's invisible now but it's dumb that you can't see it as I waste time searching for songs I may already have in my library.

It is a red ‘+’ sign in iOS 12.3.x.
