Add Icon to Dock
How do you add the YouTube icon to the Dock?
MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14
If it is a local, installed YouTube application, then drag and drop it to your Dock in the position you want it.

If it is simply a .webloc file, a short cut to a specific location— ie browser address bar dragged to the desktop— it can be added to the right side of the Dock only:
