iPhone 7

I’m having trouble with my iPhone 7X. It’s never happened to me before it’s telling me that I have no service on my phone. I can still use when it’s on WiFi but other than that no. I tried to restart my phone but it’s not working.

iPhone 7, iOS 12

What is an iPhone 7X?

There's iPhone 7, and iPhone 7 Plus.

Anyway, some things to try, stop when one of the options works:

  1. Try putting the phone in airplane mode, waiting 10 seconds, and then deactivating Airplane mode.
  2. Remove and re-insert the sim card: Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
  3. Turn the phone off, and on again: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
  4. Contact your carrier
  5. Restore your iPhone: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
  6. Take it in to Apple for evaluation and service. It may fall under the iPhone 7 repair program: iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues - Apple support
