can I restore my iPhone 7 Plus to iOS 12.3.2 ? Will it fix the portrait camera
iOS 12.3.2 is not for iPhone 7?
I do not understand what you expect from your iPhone's portrait Camera.

12.3.2 hasn't been released for that device.
portrait camera doesn’t focus, depth effect doesn’t work...it’s just like normal photo camera
Then you don't have a phone that supports portrait mode.
I do,it use to work. It stopped working when I upgraded to iOS 12.3.1
12.3.1 didn't stop portrait mode.

You can't update to that because 12.3.2 was only released for the iPhone 8 Plus. The Portrait Mode on the iPhone 7 Plus should work fine on 12.3.1.
