I can not add funds on my apply ID. Im trying to transfer the money , but its not working true the rabobank link ( netherlands) what should I do ?

Contact iTunes Support. They can remove the .o2 from your account so you can change your region.
it gives a wrong QR code for the app of the Rabobank. When I scan it it says “wrong QR” make sure it has connection with Rabobank website. And because I have 0.02 on my account I cannot change reagion to add my mastercard because they say that this card is not active in the Netherlands. So I am stuck.
