Mic is not working?

Hi!


I think my mic stoppet working cus i cant hear anyone when i make a phone call and they cant hear me. Also when I’m making a videorecording in snapchat, instagram or whatever there isnt any audio at all...

Besides; this is what my display looks like when i acept a call from someone

iPhone 7, iOS 12
