I am currently unable to turn off my limit ad tracking in settings. It just shows the switch as grey and it won’t allow me to turn it off. I would like to be able to turn it off and any help would be appreciated.

I can't think of any good reason to turn it off. However, the switch may be disabled if you have a company email account on the phone, you are under 13, or there is a restriction set on changing it in Settings/Screen Time.
