How can I retrieve all of my passwords and accounts I had on my phone they seem to be lost? I created a new password and Apple ID Someone please help me

Your passwords were stored in the keychain, which is tied to the Apple ID. If you're now using a different ID, you no longer have access to that keychain and the information it contains.
