cannot Download Apple Store App
I was updating the apps on my iPad. When I clicked update for the Apple Store, I got the message, Cannot Download App. Apple Store isn’t compatible with this device.

The iOS Apple Store app no longer works on iOS 10 and earlier.
You CAN still access ALL Apple Store items from all the various Apple device and computer tabs/sections on Apple’s Website, though.
