How do you get an apple iPad to connect to other apple products,we have tried everything listed on problem pages.This is a brand new iPad bought last Saturday.
Other than keyboards, earphones, speakers, the iPad is not designed to connect via Bluetooth to other devices. What are you hoping to accomplish by connecting?

Airplay only works over a WiFii/cellular network with Apple computers or Apple TV box or any other third party Apple Airplay compatible devices.
Airdrop works similarly over a WiFi/cellular network by activating Airdrop on Airdrop compatible Apple iDevices and computers.
Both of these are WiFi/cellular technologies, NOT Bluetooth based technology features.
How would we use Airplay and AirDrop if this the case.
