All content except ringtones were transfered to new phone

This may be a rights management issue since my old iPhone 3g used to be synced with my PC. I synced my 3g with my MacBook Pro (backed it up and synced). I then plugged in my iPhone 4 and everything transfered except the ringtones. The ringtones were made on my PC with music from my library (I made them myself).

Is there a way to transfer my ringtones from my old 3g to my iPhone 4?
