Is there any chance that the degree symbol could be added?

I'm curious where you found that one on the iphone. It seems to actually be the "ring above" symbol (option k in MacOS).
I do see the real degree (slightly bigger) at press/hold on zero in iOS -- 24°

Should be the same, press/hold zero produces degree in iOS. I'm wondering if yours got converted somehow in between...or a bug, since the ring above character shouldn't normally be on an ios layout.

Interesting! I thought perhaps it was some way to create the letter å when using the Danish keyboard, but it doesn't do that either. It's presence must be a bug.

no I speak of that its as a seperate key on my ipad if I
click .?123->#+= it's between - and ...
but only when I use danish layout in english it's absent
