Apple Music-Payment Declined

Hi,

I have setup my Maybank Debit Card for purchases.

I am trying to purchase Apple Music but payment is not going through although I am filling all the right information.

Can anyone please help me with this issue?

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store
