iPhone 8 won't turn on or charge
If I need to change the battery due to the black screen, will my content like pictures be erased? (iCloud is full therefor it is not in iCloud but the phone memory itself.)

If you get no help, it could be a hardware failure. Make an appointment at an Apple store or Authorized Service Provider, explain your problem, and have your device inspected: Apple – Location Selector
