email from smule magic piano
i got an email from smule magic piano (an app that i do have but haven't used in months) that i had been subscribed to full access of the app. i do not recall ever purchasing that free trial then having to pay for it. apparently, i had been paying for it from april 2019 to july 2019. to see if it was a legit email, i checked my subscriptions and it was legit, and i was paying for it. is there a way i can get my money back? i haven't even used the app in months and was paying for something i didn't know about. apparently others have had this problem too as i have heard.
