Unable to login to iCloud

I'm unable to login to iCloud and getting the following error message. Can you all please help to fix this issue. I'm using MacBook Air 2017.

Hi chamith82,


It sounds like you're having some trouble with using an Apple ID.


It could be that the Apple ID is not set up correctly to login to iCloud.


Are you able to sign in any other Apple services?
