unable to Setup Carrier on iwatch cellular

When i try to setup Mobile data(carrier) from the watch settings it says that Apple Watch does not support AirTel mobile data in this region.

It seems that the region it is searching for is UK instead of india since the URL mentioned asks me to visit www.apple.com/uk/watch/cellular for more info.

Is there any way to change the region from UK to India?

It used to work earlier but lately i reset my watch and paired again.
