How can I retrieve lost voice memos after factory reset, iCloud back up hadn’t been done for 6 months?

iPhone 6s, iOS 12

then there is no recovery if you haven't backed up in 6 months or sync the voice memo to itunes.

Didn't you backup your device before restoring it to factory settings?....

That's a big problem, 'cause the only available data is on that ancient backup.

No backup = No recovery, sorry.
