Family sharing for iCloud

How does someone leave a current iCloud family sharing account to go to another with more storage? I have the more storage now and my husband has our old account. Thanks for any help!!

The Family Organizer must purchase the plan and then that person can invite others to use the storage via the Messages app. It is a relatively easy process and it explains how to do it here.
