why iphone does not allow me to delete the saved information from the setting?

Thank you for your suggestion.

I have tries so many times to remove the info from that page. Even though I dislinked the icloud keychain, the information is still in there. I have no idea my phone does not allow me to remove the info. Could you please give another suggestion?
