I just switched from spotify to apple music. But i can't download songs on apple music. I would download a song and it would start downloading but the downloading circle would't move then i would just stop and repeat the "downlaod" button. Please help i've tried everything:(

Hi, I've been having this problem for 4~5 months now, I've contacted Apple Support severally and they told me to do this too. It still doesn't work. I've been paying subscription since without listening to any music and I've wasted so much money buying mobile data just to download songs. Any help please?

First, check iTunes to see if the song is ineligible for upload., if you added the song to your library from the Apple Music catalog, it might no longer be available on Apple Music.
I've tried those all. I actually Updated my software a while ago and i was able to download my songs but then i started not working again just now:(
