The 4 month old watch is dead! Not charging,restart or force restart not possible,not reacting to anything.

If you have tried the suggestions in If your Apple Watch won't charge or it won't turn on - Apple Support without success you will see the last suggestion is Contact Support. Your watch is still within the 12 month warranty, so use the link and arrange to get it examined by Apple service.
