If the Dell Power Adapter Plus 45w can harm IPad Pro battery ?

Hello, I just see someone used the Dell Power Adapter Plus 45w usb-c with his IPad Pro 11 inch and it charge super quickly (About 15 seconds for 1 percent) but the IPad battery is getting very warm, I want to know if it harm the battery ?
