How i can remove 1 subscription (for example: YouTube) from subscriptions list

You need to contact iTunes Support for assistance. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
You can only cancel subscriptions. You can't remove them.

I know. But last time Apple customers service helped me with remove subscription from the list.
