Songs with different artists but in the same album

I'm transferring music from my computer to my phone through iTunes. The songs are all .mp3 files without meta data, so I have to add it manually. This process, though tedious, has worked fine and I've had no issue until now.

I'm trying to download an album that has a different artist (and artwork) for each song. I gave each of them the same album name, but iTunes thinks they are different albums.

Any ideas?

EDIT: I'm actually using Windows 7, not 6 like it says.

Windows, Windows 6

In iTunes an album is a collection of tracks with the same album title and album artist, or artist if album artist is blank. Although different tracks can have different artwork the album is typically represented by the first image embedded into the first track that has artwork. The others won't get seen except in the song info dialog. See Grouping tracks into albums for more.
