Can’t gift games from the App Store

Heyo!

I can’t seem to gift any games from the App Store. When I click the three dots I don’t get the option to gift in the menu. I can gift some other random apps but not the games I want. I’m on an iPhone 8 Plus, 12.3.2, in Sweden.

I’ve searched quite a bit and read up on what you need to have to be able to gift, but obviously I’ve stilled missed something 😩

I have a active card connected as a payment method. It’s not free games.

Does anyone have a clue as to why it doesn’t work for me?
