I am not able to set up Apple pay

I am not able to set up my Apple Pay and I am getting error message when I try to add cards to them wallet

iPhone 6, iOS 12

What error message are you getting? Are you using a passcode/Touch ID on your device?

Set up Apple Pay - Apple Support

If you can't add cards to Wallet for Apple Pay - Apple Support
