Which MacBook is better?

I’m looking to purchase a refurbished MacBook Pro 13 inch preferably with touchbar, and I’m having trouble finding a good one that meets my price range.

Budget: $1,600 and lower please (nothing over $1,699)

If you have any alternatives, different websites are okay. If not please tell me which of these 3 is the best for me. I do a lot of art, video editing and I’d say light gaming like the sims and gta V. Thanks
