I have my own ID and use family sharing under my husbands AID-
1). I don’t have access to shared music or apps
I downloaded MS office using his account family sharing.
His Apple ID keeps popping up- I changed the password - put it in- it won’t open.

Are you sure you have Family Sharing set up? If it is asking for his ID, it sounds like you are using his ID to download his applications. If you have Family Sharing set up, you can download using your Apple ID.
