Cellular Failure

Get error cellular failure, and now phone does not work, only WiFi. I think auto update started while charging, then grabbed it off charger, messed up ever since. Get No Service.

Insists I update iOS but it’s up to date so can’t update it.

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

Connect it to your computer, make sure you have iTunes 12.9.4 or later, and restore your iPhone.
