Erased photos

I had iphone x befor i got the iphone xr , I erased everything from the phone and i had pictures there that i need how i can get it back?

It all depends on where the photos were housed.

Here are two of the many possibilities:

If the photos had been housed in your Camera Roll, they would have been backed up when you backed up the iPhone X. Restore that backup to the iPhone XR to retrieve the photos.
If the photos were housed in iCloud Photo Library and you did not erase that library when you erased the iPhone X, the photos are still there.
