How can I reset or remove password from my disabled connect to iTunes iphone with out a computer? And not lose my data?

It is too late to save any data. You have to get access to a computer to restore your phone. Either ask a friend or get help at an Apple Store.
If you did not save them somewhere, then they are gone. I have iCloud backup set on my phone and iPad so that I get a backup done daily. If I ever need to restore a backup, I haven’t lost much data.

In order to get this phone unlocked you'll need to restore it. For that you'll need a PC/Mac and iTunes. With iTunes you can restore the phone. So the phone gets wiped completely and the software will be re-installed. So you will lose all your data. Unless you have a backup. Now after you restored it i hope that you also know the Apple-ID and password used on the phone. Otherwise you can't use it afterwards because of the iCloud / Activation Lock.
